Password Reset: https://www.fultonschools.org/passwords
Hello everyone,
I know logins appear to still be an issue with some students, so maybe this will be a little simpler.
First, if a student is locked out of their computer or Classlink, have the student wait 10 minutes (without attempting to log-in in that timeframe) then restart the computer and try again.
If your student needs a password reset for any reason, go to your IT servicedesk icon on your desktop or https://servicedesk.fultonschools.org/ Go to Submit Request, Go to Student Support Portal, then go to Student Password Reset Request (Automated). This will reset your student's password automatically. Wait 5 minutes, restart the computer, and then log in with the password that will be a reply in your county email. I would try logging into classlink on your computer first to see if the password works.
Remember: Make sure the wifi is connected to FCS-Wifi2 or FCS-Wifi2 DVC or FCS-Wifi2 USR. Don't try to force it after restarting, it should connect to whichever it likes in at most 2 minutes after restarting. Please be patient. If it doesn't connect to the Wifi after 3 minutes, create a ticket and give to me.
